Sensory Overload From the Perspective of a Child with Autism

Parents of children with autism are often scared to bring their child on the spectrum to public places due to their child having sensory overload and due to being fearful of the dirty looks they may receive from onlookers. The National Autistic Society is trying to lessen the blow of these meltdowns by educating people about what sensory overload is like from the perspective of a child experiencing it. They are starting this campaign by creating a video of a ten year old child with autism experiencing sensory overload in a mall. You can read more about the campaign and the video here.
