Savannah is like any other high school girl; she is spunky, fun and feisty. Savannah has Down syndrome, but this did not stop her from dreaming of becoming homecoming queen. This worried her twin brother who did not want his sister to be saddened when she did not receive the title. Imagine how speechless he was when a fellow student told him that people were campaigning for Savannah to be homecoming queen.
